With a passion for travelling and eating sandwiches, it seemed only natural that Chef Kerry Mackay should start a food truck business specialising in sandwiches of the world. Based loosely on Kerry himself, Vagabond Jack is a friendly journeyman with an appetite for adventure. Now calling New Zealand home, he spends his time travelling the country, sharing his culinary creations and stories with hungry folks along the way.
