A collaboration between Burnkit and Inform interiors, Hearth + Home is an installation designed to celebrate wintertime comfort, or 'hygge'. Using wood as the central element, I explored its usage as a material for both construction and combustion, both of which are fundamental to our traditional notions of comfort. Using the woodstack as both the shelter/architecture and the fire's fuel is an expression of this duality.
