Having spent 10 years working at some of Europe's top restaurants, esteemed Chef James Beck moved to Hawke's Bay with the goal of opening his own restaurant, serving the food he loved to cook and eat. Bistronomy is the realisation of that goal: a place which reflects his often surprising and always delightful approach to dining. I was responsible for everything from the conceptual design through to architectural drawings, detailing and rendering, as well as the brand identity and collateral.
